Gases: EU Law

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what steps is he taking to ensure that all European regulations on gases are being continued after the UK leaves the EU.

Answer

Necessary regulation has already been approved by Parliament and will come into effect when the UK leaves the EU.
