To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what the average waiting time between appointments was for people with (a) Type 1 and (b) Type 2 diabetes who have (i) neuropathy and (ii) other cardiovascular conditions in each NHS (A) hospital and (B) clinic in each year since 2010.
