To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, with reference to the Prime Minister's speech at the United Nations on 24 September 2019, what (a) plans she has made and (b) public consultation she plans to conduct in relation to the London summit on tech; and what steps she is taking to ensure that the public opinion will be represented.
