To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, whether his Department is taking steps to help ensure that (a) cycling and walking network plans and (b) rights of way improvement plans drawn up by local transport and highway authorities are (i) recorded in and (ii) supported by local planning authority development plans.
