To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he has had discussions with Cabinet colleagues on the potential implications of the Anti-Social Behaviour Action Plan, published on 27 March 2023, on drug and alcohol misuse (a) addiction and (b) prevention services.

As the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Public Health and Primary Care who has policy responsibility for drug and alcohol treatment services at the Department, I have been engaged with Cabinet colleagues on the development of the Anti-Social Behaviour plan.
