To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, if his officials will have discussions with their counterparts in the (a) Department for Health and Social Care and (b) Treasury on aligning guidance for the District Valuer Service on assessing a reasonable market rental value for GP premises as prescribed by The National Health Service (General Medical Services – Premises Costs) Directions 2013 with the criteria used by planning authorities when agreeing suitable Section 106 conditions with developers to meet the need for local GP services.
