To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 24 May 2023 to Question 185401 on Prisons: Pepper Spray, if his Department will publish the full evaluation of the roll out of PAVA.

A full evaluation of the roll out of PAVA and use of force is currently being undertaken to consider impacts on prisoners and staff. The evaluation will be published once completed and peer reviewed.
