Untold Creative Training: HMP/YOI Isis

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, whether HMP YOI Isis has provided (a) rooms, (b) staff and (c) other resources to the charity Untold Creative Training Ltd; and if he will make a statement.

Untold is a charity which has been set up by the Governor of Isis and all relevant checks have been conducted to ensure a separation of duties. None of the prison’s resources have been or will be used to support the work of the charity which is independently funded. The aim of the charity is to support the training of men in custody to find work in the creative arts industry.
