To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the average settlement time is for minor injury claims going through the Official Injury Claim portal.

Average settlement time for claims going through the Official Injury Claim (OIC) portal at the end of February 2024 was 239 days. This can be broken down to 259 days for represented claimants and 115 days for unrepresented claimants.
