Rape: Trials

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many and what proportion of rape trials were postponed (a) once, (b) twice and (c) three times in each year since 2010.

Answer

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
