To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether the Facility Agreement for Greater Manchester Combined Authority's Housing Investment Loans Fund has been released by (a) his Department and (b) Homes England under the Freedom of Information Act.

My Department disclosed the Facility Agreement in question in May 2024 following a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
