Insulation: Housing
- Question
-
To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, how many properties in Fylde constituency have been identified as potentially requiring inspection under the Find and Fix programme.
- Answer
-
The Department does not hold area-specific data for the Find and Fix programme. TrustMark oversees the operational delivery of Find and Fix, including monitoring audit outcomes and remediation progress, and holds the detailed operational data relating to remediation activity.
TrustMark provides the Department with high-level management information, not split by constituency, to support departmental oversight of the programme. This summary data enables the Department to monitor overall performance and identify potential risks within the consumer protection framework.
