To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to the answer of 11 March 2026, to Question 110793, on Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government: Flexible Working, how many and what proportion of full-time staff on full pay (1.0 FTE) in the department work compressed hours over a four day week.

As of 31 May 2026, 3184 active full-time staff are working compressed hours, including those working a four day week, 7.6% of all active full-time staff in the department. Those working compressed hours are undertaking their contractual hours.
