To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, with reference to Ofcom's consultation on the implementation of the Media Act 2024, whether Ofcom will be granted powers to investigate and sanction streaming services for breaches of content standards; and what assessment she has made of the adequacy of Ofcom's existing enforcement powers.
