To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether he has received representations from the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on ensuring that the statutory duties of local highway authorities for the public rights of way network are integrated into the emerging Local Government Outcomes Framework.

Officials in the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government have worked closely with those in the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Department for Transport during the development of the Local Outcomes Framework to ensure alignment with priorities across government.
