Bus Services: Travel Cards

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what data is collected by Transport for London on instances of failed or declined contactless or Oyster transactions on buses; and what estimate has been made of the number of passengers who complete journeys without payment as a result.

Answer

Transport in London is devolved to the Mayor of London and Transport for London (TfL).
