1 Carlton Gardens: Council Tax

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, with reference to the answer of 28 April 2026, to Question 124734, on 1 Carlton Gardens, whether the legal liability for the new council tax surcharge for the Deputy Prime Ministerial residence in 1 Carlton Garden’s will be the owner of the freehold title or the owner of the leasehold title.
