To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many reported personal injury road traffic collisions involved a driver who was driving on a foreign driving licence that was valid for use in the UK in each of the last five years; and if she will provide a breakdown by (a) collision severity and (b) the country in which the driving licence was issued.
