To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent discussions he has had with the (a) Department for Housing, Communities and Local Government and (b) Local Government Association on the non-payment of travel time for homecare workers and the introduction of a Fair Pay Agreement for Adult Social Care.
