To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 25 June 2026 to Question 11753 on Personalised Registration Numbers, whether the a) Russian Federation and b) Belarus foreign missions have ever been issued with a personalised registration number by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency.

The Russian Federation and Belarus foreign missions have been issued with personalised registration numbers.
The Russian Federation currently has two active personalised registration numbers. The registration number issued to Belarus is no longer active.
