Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the total operational expenditure directly attributable to the First-tier Tribunal (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) was in each financial year from 2021-22 to the most recent financial year for which outturn figures are held.

Answer

HM Courts and Tribunals Services’ operational expenditure in each of the relevant tribunals over the last five financial years is as below:
