Offences against Children: Greater Manchester
- Question
-
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether her Department has received briefings on Operation Hexagon conducted by Greater Manchester Police since 2019.
- Answer
-
Operation Hexagon was a police operation established by Greater Manchester Police in 2019 independently of Government.
The Home Office is not aware of having received briefings on Operation Hexagon and currently holds only information that is publicly available.
A manual search of the information requested has not been conducted, as it would exceed the disproportionate cost threshold.
