Department for Work and Pensions: Artificial Intelligence

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what training his Department provides on AI; and (a) how many hours and (b) what topics and skills are covered by such training.

Answer

We offer self-serve training and guidance for Copilot via a hub. The hub offers;

  • guidance pages,
  • crash course videos
  • and, bitesize sessions

which are all aimed at giving an overview of how Copilot Chat can be used and includes

  • turning transcripts into actions,
  • simplify Excel,
  • drafting emails,
  • learning and development,
  • effective prompting
  • and, how to understand what Copilot can do for you.

As it is self-serve training, we do not have tracked hours for this learning.
