Community Infrastructure Levy

Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment his Department has made of the adequacy of legal mechanisms available to local authorities to repay Community Infrastructure Levy charges in cases of genuine homeowner error; and whether the consultation on amending the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 will include proposals to give charging authorities a statutory power to (a) waive and (b) refund such charges.
