To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what assessment she has made of the potential implications for her polices of Nigeria becoming the second most popular international surrogacy destination for British residents seeking surrogacy abroad; and whether she has had discussions with Cabinet colleagues on this.
