Euston Station: Regeneration

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what progress she has made on the Euston Masterplan since 17 April 2026; and when she plans to publish details of the number of (a) homes and (b) social and affordable homes to be delivered as part of the redevelopment of land at and around Euston associated with the HS2 programme.

Answer

We are working at pace with our Master Development Partner, Lendlease, on a Masterplan for Euston, with an emphasis on growth and delivering much needed housing. The number of homes and affordable homes is subject to the development of the Masterplan.
