To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether contractual requirements have been placed on catering providers at MoD Barnham in relation to minimising food waste; and whether financial penalties or performance targets relating to food waste will apply.

The Government is considering the use of MoD Barnham for asylum accommodation. No final decision has been made and no contractual agreements have been awarded to manage the site.
