To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the adequacy of the data included in the climate change mitigation metric in the Local Outcomes Framework; what plans he has to update this metric; and when will the first results from the Local Outcomes Framework be published.

We are continuing to work with Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and the sector to explore options for metrics that show how local councils are helping to tackle and adapt to climate change in their area.
The Local Outcomes Framework digital tool will be published later this year.
