To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, with reference to the Written Ministerial Statement of 19 March 2026, HCWS1425, what the reason is for the variation in contributions to the International Development Association in 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29.
