To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the potential implications for his Department's policies of houses being built on unadopted roads in rural areas in (a) Yeovil constituency (b) Somerset and (c) England.

The two consultations both closed on 12 March 2026. We are currently analysing the feedback received and will publish our response in due course.
