Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the Department's press release entitled Care workers to be represented in fair pay agreements, published on 16 July 2026, what assessment has been made of the potential impact of the first Fair Pay Agreement on staff retention in the adult social care sector.
