- Question
-
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to the answer of 20 May 2026, to Question 203, on Erasmus+ Programme, whether UK schools, colleges, universities and teacher training institutions which do not display the EU emblem will be subject to financial corrections by (a) the European Commission or its agencies or (b) the UK national agency.
- Answer
-
UK schools, colleges, universities and teacher training institutions participating in Erasmus+ will be required to follow any publicity requirements set out in their grant agreements. Failure to do so may result in action being taken for non-compliance by whoever awarded the grant, namely the National Agency for indirect actions and the European Commission for direct actions. This could include reduction of the grant amount.
