To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether his Department has received correspondence from the Office for Statistics Regulation on public statements on NHS waiting times since July 2024.

The Department regularly engages with the Office for Statistics Regulation in the course of upholding the Code of Practice for Statistics and ensuring that official statistics serve the public good.
