To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what assessment her Department has made of the adequacy of disclosure requirements for estate management charges on new build freehold properties.

The two consultations both closed on 12 March 2026. We are currently analysing the feedback received and will publish our response in due course.
