To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, with reference to the Answer of 28 April 2026 to Question HL16533, on Treaties: Parliamentary Scrutiny, whether the provision that the provisions of some international agreements may be kept confidential also applies to Treaties.

The texts of all UK treaties are published in the UK Treaty Series once they have entered into force. The UK Treaties website provides information about treaties concluded by the UK and how the texts can be located.
