Social Rented Housing: Fylde

Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what estimate he has made of the number of social housing properties in Fylde constituency affected by damp and mould.

Answer

The English Housing Survey provides findings on housing quality and condition in England, including damp and mould. It can be found on gov.uk here.

My Department also publishes modelled data on levels of damp and mould by tenure for each local authority area. This can be found on gov.uk here.
