Disabled Students' Allowances

Question

To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether, when assessing the Disabled Student's Allowance, previously diagnosed lifetime conditions will be considered sufficient criteria for qualification without a requirement for further assessment.

Answer

Student Finance England will continue to consider medical evidence submitted by the student when assessing whether they are eligible for DSA.
