Disabled Students' Allowances

Question

To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they have any plans to remove the automatic eligibility for any disabled student to the Disabled Students' Allowance.

Answer

There is no automatic eligibility for Disabled Students Allowances. Students must satisfy certain personal and course eligibility conditions and must also provide evidence that they have a disability in order to be eligible for Disabled Students Allowances. That will continue.
