To ask Her Majesty’s Government what plans they have to introduce legislation to enable prosecution of a parent company where human rights abuses are found further down the supply chain, as recommended by the Joint Committee on Human Rights in its report Human Rights and Business 2017: Promoting responsibility and ensuring accountability published on 29 March (6th Report, HL Paper 153).
