To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Bates on 14 March (HL6870), why the publication of the findings of the review of the retention of custody images is now over a year late.

The timing of the publication of the Review of the Use and Retention of Custody Images is a decision to be taken by Ministers, in the context of other Parliamentary business. We plan to publish the Review shortly.
