Question

Her Majesty's Government whether they are planning to extend the remit of the proposed public advocate in cases of public disaster to other areas of bereavement and its consequences.

Answer

We will consult in the autumn on detailed proposals as to the Independent Public Advocate’s powers, duties and functions.
