Question

To ask Her Majesty's Government what assessment they have made of the effectiveness of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy's Assisted International Travel Scheme Fund in supporting attendance at both British Standards Institution and International Organization for Standardization committees.

Answer

The Assisted International Travel Scheme has an important role in facilitating UK business participation in international standard making bodies. The Government continues to keep its effectiveness under review.
