East Coast Rail Franchise

To ask Her Majesty's Government what remit they have agreed with the operator of the East Coast Main Line franchise.

London North Eastern Railway (LNER) franchise agreement will be published to gov.uk website as are all current franchise agreements. There will be no change to train services and passengers should experience the same benefits.
