Question: To ask Her Majesty's Government how many buildings in London with Aluminium Composite Material cladding do not comply with building regulation requirements; and what was the figure for each of the previous six months.

Answer: Information on the number of buildings with Aluminium Composite Material cladding systems unlikely to meet building regulations that are yet to be remediated is available by local authority in Table 2 (attached) of the monthly Building Safety Programme data release.
