Question

To ask Her Majesty's Government, further to the Written Answer by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Department of Health and Social Care on 20 April (151279), what the in vitro data has shown about Evusheld’s efficacy against Omicron sub-lineage BA.2 VOC-22JAN-01.

Original answer

The UK Health Security Agency is continuing further testing on the treatment’s effectiveness against the Omicron variants, including BA.1 and BA.2. The timing of these results is dependent on identification of new variants of concern and technical scientific assays.

It has since been corrected.
