To ask His Majesty's Government what has been the expenditure to date of implementing the Identity and Language (Northern Ireland) Act 2022.
- Answer

The first set of commencement regulations for the Identity and Language (Northern Ireland) Act 2022 were made on 22 May 2023. There has been no expenditure by the Northern Ireland Office on the implementation of the Act since it was commenced.
