To ask His Majesty's Government what is their timetable for agreeing changes to the Port of Sunderland Byelaws 1978.

The Department has fully reviewed the Port of Sunderland Byelaws 1978 and is optimistic that this can be finalised and confirmed by all parties concerned in the coming weeks.
