To ask His Majesty's Government how many construction skills certification scheme cards have been distributed and are still valid in the categories of (1) green, (2) blue, (3) red - provisional, (4) red - trainee, (5) red - experienced, (6) red - experienced technical, supervisor or manager, (7) gold, (8) gold - supervisor; (9) black, (10) white - professionally qualified, and (11) white - academically qualified.
