Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when she expects the provisions of the Equality Act 2010 relating to taxis, private hire vehicles and accessibility for disabled persons to be brought into force.

There are a number of sections of the Equality Act 2010 which relate specifically to taxis. The following table explains the status of these sections.
