Proceeding contribution from Philip Davies (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Friday, 24 February 2017. It occurred during Debate on bill on Awards for Valour (Protection) Bill.
Awards for Valour (Protection) Bill
I took the basic definition of a family member from section 113 of the Housing Act 1985, although I am conscious that my definition is wider.
The 1985 Act’s definition was a starting point, but I would like to think that I have brought it a bit more up to date.
